If you're out of High School... Read me!

I realized that pretty soon, I'm going to be a senior. That is so weird. In a way I'm sort of scared. I want to live up my High School experience to the best that it can be. So I need your help, I have a big fat question that I want YOU to answer.

What are somethings you know now, that you wish you would have known back in High School?

If you would like to answer, feel free :) Thanks so much.

Hmm. This is kind of a big question. I personally have a lot of regrets from my senior year. Mainly I wish I had hung out more with the people that made good choices than the ones that were bad influences (I'm sure I'd get a big "I told you so" from my mom if she read that). I wish I would've realized that being myself didn't necessarily mean standing out and being different, and that it's ok to be the good girl.

This is probably going to sound cheesy, but I hope your senior year is all you hope it to be while still being one that you can look back on without regrets. Just "remember who you are" and have fun doing it!

i was actuallly thinking the other day that i wish i had gone to more events and gotten a little more involved. i know you are plenty involved and go to lots of stuff, so keep it up and maybe if you have second thoughts about going to a certain dance or soemthing, JUST GO. and be friends with everyone

much love

Pretty much ditto to everything they said....but I'm sure you already are the good girl, and are involved in lots of stuff, and are your crazy self all the time...it doesn't look like you need much advice missy. =) You're a fun and intelligent girl, so I think you'll be able to make it a good year for you! =)I'll let you know if I think of anything good though. =)

I wish I had been more involved with things on campus. I also wish I had taken school a little more seriously and tried harder to get good grades. I didn't really do either of these things until college, which was great, but I wish I had done them a bit sooner. I did have the best friends ever my senior year so no regrets there.

BTW, your lesson yesterday was awesome!

Hey Loriel! I just saw that you had a blog through Tami's. Thanks for the Mother's Day lesson! There is no way I would have had the courage to do what you did at your age. You're awesome and I don't think you need any advice to have a great senior year =)
